Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
- $4.99 flat-rate US shipping is the standard rate we use for all orders. The more items you have in your cart the shipping price will vary within a few dollars.
- Shipping times vary as we work to improve our processes. We work full time jobs outside of running this business, so please be patient with us as we get better at this!
- Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase. Contact us at rankwestern@gmail.com to let us know to expect the returned item. When we receive the returned item, we will ship out the exchange or refund the money paid.
- Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear) - send us pictures if possible.
- Returns are eligible for full refund to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
